For the uninitiated, Robin Jenkins of Fort Fairfield makes her sauces from wholesome Aroostook County butter and cream and fair-trade or organic dark chocolate. She uses a family recipe, which she received as a wedding present along with a silver tureen — now that's a good gift. And in turn, these small spoon fudges — basically a small jar of sauce that comes with a tiny spoon — make a perfect wedding favor. They come in seven flavors: original, blueberry, raspberry, tropical dark, orange spice, ginger pear, and bittersweet. They cost $3 each and you can buy them here.
Chocolate you can eat with a spoon? What's not to love?
