In Like Flynn

Once upon a time, growing up in the Bangor area, there were two stylish sisters named Megan and Moria Flynn. So stylish, in fact, that their photo once appeared on the pages of the Bangor Daily News modeling "the very latest fashion in jewelry." For the record, their preteen necks were weighted down with plastic charms.

Today, the Flynns are all grown up, and they call Boston home. Though their passion for jewelry hasn't changed, their taste has evolved. They now run the boutique jewelry design business M. Flynn, where they craft gorgeous reproductions of classic costume jewelry using semiprecious stones, understated gold charms and earrings, and high-end custom pieces. Not surprisingly, each of their accessories is a standout — an elegant conversation piece.
